Adaptogenic Golden Milk
Preparation time: 15 mins
Ingredients :
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ashwagandha
- 1/2 teaspoon lucuma powder
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of ginger
- A little black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- vegetable milk
Recipe :
1. Mix all the powdered ingredients.
2. Heat the oat milk over low heat.
3. Add a little milk to the powder then mix with a milk whisk to obtain a homogeneous result.
4. Add the rest of the milk and enjoy!
