- At a collection point (via Mondial Relay): €4.50 - Free delivery on orders over €60.
- Home delivery (via Colissimo): €5.90 - Free delivery on orders over €60.

- ZONE 1 - Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg.
€9.50 - Free delivery on orders over €150. - ZONE 2 - Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal.
€12.50 - Free delivery on orders over €150. - ZONE 3 - Estonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Norway, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia.
€16.50 - Free delivery on orders over €200.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Gûrhu be held liable for failure to meet these deadlines.

You can access the information as well as the follow-up of your order, in your customer area, via the " Orders " tab.
If you encounter a problem with your delivery, please send us an email to hello@gurhu.co specifying your order number and your issue so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.
Online payment is made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express) via the secure Stripe payment system or via PayPal . We do not have access to your banking information at any time.
You have 14 days from the order date to notify us that you wish to return a product. Send us an email to hello@gurhu.co to notify us of your return, specifying whether you would like an exchange, a credit note, or a refund. Return the product in its original condition, indicating your name and order number, to the following address: GURHU C/O EFILOG LOGISTIQUE, 4 Allée des Tanneurs, 72800 – LE LUDE, FRANCE
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made in their original condition; any product that has been opened or damaged by the customer will not be accepted. Gûrhu may withhold reimbursement until the products are received to verify their condition.
