You have 14 days from the date of the order to notify us that you wish to return a product. Send us an email at hello@gurhu.co to notify your return, specifying whether you want an exchange, a credit note or a refund. Return the product, in its original condition, indicating your name and your order number to the following address: GÛRHU - Customer Service - 1 rue du marché Ordener 75018 Paris.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made in their original condition, any product opened or damaged by the consumer will not be taken back. Gûrhu may defer reimbursement until receipt of the products, to ensure their condition.
