The articles presented on the site are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, the seller undertakes to offer a credit note or to reimburse the customer within 30 days as well as to notify by e-mail the customer who has passed ordering an unavailable item.

When using the products, the seller cannot guarantee a visual result identical to that of the photographs and graphics presented on the site. These are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of the seller.

The prices of the products presented on the site are those in force on the day of the order. They have no effect on the future and can be modified at any time by the seller.

The sales prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. They are understood to exclude delivery and transport costs, mentioned before validation of the order and invoiced in addition. The total amount owed by the consumer, including additional costs, is indicated during the order confirmation.

To place an order, the customer must, after having filled his electronic basket, enter an address, a delivery method and a valid method of payment in order to finalize the order and form the sales contract. The finalization of the order implies the acceptance of the prices of the products sold as well as the present GCS.

The customer is solely responsible for the name and address information entered on the site, the seller cannot be held responsible for errors in the data entered, nor for their possible consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery.

Before the confirmation of the order, the consumer has the possibility of checking the detail, the total price and of modifying his order. An e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order and its payment is sent by the seller as soon as possible. Any order modification after confirmation is subject to acceptance by the professional seller.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly if the quantities of products ordered are abnormally high. The seller may also refuse or delay the processing of an order if he suspects any fraud whatsoever.

The sales contract is formed when the consumer sends the confirmation of his order. Gûrhu archives communications, purchase orders and invoices that can be produced as proof of the contract.

The price is payable in full after confirmation of the order. Payment is made immediately upon ordering by credit card.

The site is equipped with an online payment security system allowing the consumer to encrypt the transmission of his bank details via the server of the payment platform. At no time do we take cognizance of the consumer's bank details, these do not pass through our computer system.

Delivery is made by Colissimo, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. We are committed to sending orders as soon as possible, these being communicated for information only. A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

However, if the products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days from the validation of the order, for any reason other than force majeure or the fault of the customer, the sale may be canceled. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within 14 days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.

In the event that the package is returned to the company, a second delivery will be made at the Customer's expense.

We guarantee that our products are in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier. In the event that these are damaged, reservations must be made in writing to the carrier upon delivery, or at the latest 4 hours later. A copy must be sent to Gûrhu within 12 hours to the following address: hello@gurhu.co . We do not accept returns that do not comply with the conditions mentioned in these T&Cs.

The delivery costs applied to the order depend on the geographical area and the amount of the order, the transport costs are specific to each delivery:

The consumer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and report it to the seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, at the end of exchange or reimbursement, with the exception of the return costs which remain at his expense. This can be exercised with our customer service, at hello@gurhu.co , we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal without delay.

After notifying the seller, the consumer has an additional 14 days to return the items in their original condition, neither used nor having taken on an odor, to the following address: Gurhu INC. - Customer returns: 1 rue du marché Ordener, 75018 Paris .

Returns must be made in their original condition, any product opened or damaged by the consumer will not be taken back. Gûrhu may defer reimbursement until receipt of the products, to ensure their condition. In the absence of the return of the products within 14 days or of non-compliance with these GCS, the order will be final.

Gûrhu cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of its products. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact customer service at the email address: hello@gurhu.co , in order to try to resolve this dispute informally.
