Cocoa granola and adaptogens

Adaptogenic Granola - Cocoa and Maca - Gûrhu

Preparation time : 10/15 mins

Ingredients :

  • 200g rolled oats
  • 150 g of oilseeds: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts…
  • 2 tablespoons maca powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon / ginger
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Superfoods: Cocoa bean nibs, flower pollen, goji berries…

Recipe :

1. Coarsely chop the oilseed mixture

2. Mix in a bowl with the oats, cocoa, maca powder and spices.

3. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup before mixing the entire mixture by hand.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C, stirring halfway through cooking.

5. Let cool, add superfoods as desired and store in an airtight jar.
