Fresh rosemary infusion
Aromatic summer plant, rosemary is also an extraordinary medicinal plant due to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic properties but also its benefits on the digestive system. This summer infusion with rosemary and chicory extract helps to preserve the balance and well-being of the intestinal flora.
Ingredients :
- Rosemary
- A few organic lemons
- 20 drops of plant extract: here our gut drops , a chicory extract.
Recipe :
1. In a saucepan, bring 1 to 2 liters of water to a boil with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon cut into slices.
2. Leave to boil for two minutes then remove from the heat and leave to infuse for ten minutes.
4. After allowing to cool sufficiently, place in the refrigerator and enjoy chilled!
Often associated with adaptogenic plants, rosemary has beneficial properties on emotional well-being and simulates cognitive faculties, such as concentration and memory. For this, it can also be combined with our rhodiola extract .
