Soothing Cacao Latte
A healthy and flavorful alternative to coffee, cacao is packed with benefits. In addition to being an excellent antioxidant, it promotes mood and well-being, and contains magnesium, which helps soothe stress. It also contains theobromine, an active ingredient gentler than caffeine, which acts longer by helping to reduce fatigue while also improving concentration and memory capacities.
It pairs very well with powdered adaptogens, especially roots like ashwagandha, which acts on stress levels and its effects, the body's overall balance, as well as sleep quality and the recovery process.
Ingredients: * Plant-based milk

1 to 2 tsp. of raw cacao powder

½ to 1 tsp. of ashwagandha powder

½ tsp. of chaga powder

40 drops of hawthorn extract
Recipe:
1. Mix the cacao and adaptogenic powders together.
2. Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil, then add a tiny bit of milk to the powder mixture. Mix.
3. Froth the remaining milk, pour it into your cup, and then add the hawthorn extract.
